Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor who’s a pro at using AI to take editing to the next level. Your focus will be creating high-performing Facebook ad content that grabs attention in the first few seconds. You’ll work with a large volume of UGC-style content, using AI tools to streamline workflows, boost video quality, and scale production efficiently. Beyond editing, you’ll also play a part in shaping the creative direction of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for Facebook ads, ensuring strong hooks right at the start.
• Handle a high volume of editing (30–40+ videos per week) while keeping creativity and quality high.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up workflows, remove repetitive tasks, and enhance final outputs.
• Optimize videos for engagement, conversions, and platform best practices.
• Contribute creative ideas and insights into what makes e-commerce ads convert.

Requirements

• Proven experience with professional editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Hands-on expertise with AI editing tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, Topaz, CapCut, etc.) and a passion for staying on top of new AI trends.
• Solid understanding of UGC-style editing for social media.
• English proficiency (B2–C1) for smooth collaboration.
• Creative, performance-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communicator who’s open to feedback and collaboration.
