Job Description

  1. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law, or business, or a professional qualification in trust or finance.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in the trust industry, with CTP/STEP/CGI/HKCGI membership preferred.
  3. At least 3-5 years of experience in trustee services.
  4. Proficient in various trust products (including complex types) and corporate financial instruments.
  5. Have knowledge of the establishment and management of onshore and offshore trusts.
  6. Proficient in the Trust and Company Services Provider License (TCSP), Trust Ordinance, and the Companies Registry Rules and Guidelines.
  7. Possess outstanding customer service skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
  8. Proficient in both Chinese and English writing and speaking, with fluent Mandarin.
  9. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on details. 1. Support the Trust Director in business development, with close collaboration among the trust team to manage trust affairs across multiple jurisdictions.
  1. Support the establishment of the new trust structure, provide ongoing follow-up, and coordinate with clients and all relevant parties.
  2. Responsible for customer account opening procedures, including document processing and coordination.
  3. Fulfill the trustee's fiduciary duties, process statutory records, and maintain the integrity of client files and standard folders.
  4. Keep a close eye on market trends to stay updated on the latest trust management procedures and relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Responsible for managing the trustee's daily operations, ensuring proper supervision of trust activities, and complying with regulatory codes, guidelines, laws, and trust contract requirements.
  6. Responsible for customer service, including communication and relationship maintenance with clients.
  7. Coordinate with compliance requirements and manage client communications.
