We have a 20+ year history with this group of serial entrepreneurs - with MULTIPLE successful exits over this time.

NOTE - This role is data back end than on the back end of the front end. So with more of an emphasis on data, databases, and middleware.

Our client is FUNDED (quite a feat in this market!) and hits all the key high notes for today's market - Fraud, and ML/AI.

You would be FULLY remote and ideally we are looking for a super sharp "Mid-level" candidate - you have worked at least one startup during your career and have been coding between 3-8 years.

The VPE hires on smarts and talent (they have advanced degrees from some of the top engineering schools in the world, but would consider the outlier 1% who never finished their BSc or MSc)

What we need - deep knowledge of a modern OO frame work (Ideally Java, GO etc)

Production experience in Javascript.

The company is based in Boston, but the entire team works remote - if you've PROVEN this is something you can thrive in, this might be for you.

Even though they are a startup - they have great benefits including healthcare, disability and 401k with a match.

The compensation range is from 130-170kish base and from 0.15 to 0.5% equity (some tradeoff from base to equity).
