Position : RPA UiPath Admin

Location : Remote

Duration : Long term contract

Descritpion

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is becoming a key focus for businesses across the world, with many federal agencies adopting RPA technology in order to modernize and streamline their processes.
  • Do you spend most of the day working on projects involving your RPA SME expertise, develop and manage scalable solutions supporting the RPA competency with Development best practices and, Technology Adoption of UiPath, stakeholder management, and maintaining the RPA Infrastructure?
  • Does your typical day start with logging into UiPath Orchestrator and verifying connectivity and the status of the environment?
  • Do you automatically resolve any current issues you find while ensuring no new ones occur for the user base?

• Produce process documentation in order to identify mistakes and successes enabling process refinement going forward.
• Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation, resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ensure quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes to prevent potential bug.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Apply knowledge of AI and cognitive services to enhance automation solutions (e.g., OCR, intelligent document processing).
• Utilize scripting languages (e.g., VBScript, Python, JavaScript, C#, VB.NET) to extend the functionality of RPA solutions when required.
• Integrate RPA solutions with various enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Help refine the RPA Toolkit by assisting with writing documentation/guidance to make the RPA platform robust and efficient and ensure their coding standards are appropriate
• Participate in all security meetings and provide valuable insight as they have both built these programs for other organizations and lean on their lessons learned
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, and IT teams to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment of automation solutions with business objectives.
• Provide support and guidance setting up our environment and how different pieces of the program interface with each other; e.g., virtual machines, Non-Person Entity (NPE), Active Directory accounts, certificates, UiPath administrator duties
• Create custom connectors, workflows, and integrations within the Platform to enhance automation capabilities.
• Configure, and deploy automation workflows, bots, and applications leveraging UiPath Studio, and Orchestrator.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design robust, scalable, and efficient RPA solutions using UiPath.
