This is a remote position.

We are seeking a   Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)  to join our team at   RD Nutrition Consultants LLC , providing   outpatient telehealth services   with a primary focus on general wellness,  weight management and lifestyle counseling. This is a flexible, part-time position (5-15 hours per week), perfect for a dietitian looking to balance telehealth work with other commitments. Dietitian must be located in the state of Florida!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to clients primarily focused general nutrition guidance including but not limited to weight management, diabetes, heart disease and general wellness.
  
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients' nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
  
• Educate clients on effective strategies for health management, behavior modification, and lifestyle improvement.
  
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)  credential required.
  
• Licensure   in the state of Florida required. Additional state licenses are preferred.  
  
• Dietitian MUST be located in state of Florida.
• Minimum of  1year   of experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition interventions for chronic disease management and general wellness.
  
• Excellent communication and counseling skills to engage clients in a virtual environment.
  
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth consultations (Zoom, EHR systems, etc.).
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with   telehealth   or virtual client management.
  
• Specialized nutrition certifications, behavior change, or related areas.
  
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques.
  

Hours:

• Part-time:  5-15hours per week .
  
• Flexible schedule options with weekday evenings and weekend availability.
  
• Opportunities for additional hours based on availability and client needs.
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate :  $28.00 - $33.00  per hour, based on experience and credentials.
  
• State License Reimbursements : For any required licenses not already carried by the RDN.
