We are seeking a talented Rental Agent to join our thriving team! The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with residents and closing rental inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Validate all personal references and rental application information
• Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
• Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
• Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
• Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
• Proven track of successful sales record
