You should be knowledgeable in the local real estate market including neighborhoods, school districts and zoning ordinances. Responsibilities: • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy • Express an enthusiastic, positive winning attitude with clients and colleagues • Understand we are selling service, not real estate, and solving the client's needs is our job Qualifications: • Proven track of successful sales record • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is Required About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
