Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide therapeutic services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will support patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence in accordance with individualized care plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to patients as prescribed
Monitor patient responses to treatment and report progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety practices
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient progress
Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the practicing state
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Excellent documentation and communication skills
