We're a leading BPO organization delivering exceptional patient support solutions to healthcare providers nationwide. As a Patient Services Representative , you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for patients—bringing clarity, comfort, and efficiency to every interaction
Responsibilities:Connect with Patients: Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with care and accuracy.
Verify Insurance: Review and confirm patient insurance eligibility to ensure smooth appointment workflows.
Support Clinical Teams: Process referral and prescription renewal requests, documenting them accurately for clinical coordination.
Protect Privacy: Uphold strict HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality when managing health records and communications.
Stay Organized: Scan and import documents into patient charts and ensure data is up-to-date and accessible.
Collaborate and Communicate: Keep your management team in the loop with regular updates on progress and challenges.
Adapt and Grow: Take on additional duties as needed and grow with our dynamic team.
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of prior customer service contact center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to accuracy
Ability to work from a quiet, private home workspace with secure storage for PHI
A reliable high-speed internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a call center setting
Familiarity with appointment scheduling tools and EMR systems
Medical records handling experience
Basic understanding of medical terminology
