Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Marketing Specialist with a strong digital marketing and project management focus to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing a variety of marketing projects. The successful candidate will support and execute digital campaigns including email marketing, social media advertising, and marketing analytical performance analysis, while also providing assistance in day-to-day project management across broader marketing initiatives and constantly pushing the boundaries of marketing and helping us reach new heights in the veterinary industry.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

· Assist in the planning, executing, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, paid social media advertising, and other online channels to drive engagement and conversions.

· Manage projects with internal teams and external partners to keep marketing initiatives on track, meeting deadlines, and budgets.

· Help in managing content scheduling and posting for organic and paid social media activities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

· Support email marketing initiatives: build and segment lists, create campaign flows, schedule sends, and track performance metrics.

· Assist with website updates and content management, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and search optimization best practices.

· Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.

· Help develop and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.

· Support general marketing activities such as event promotion, collateral creation, or local community outreach as needed.

· Stay up to date on industry trends, recommending new ideas to keep our digital marketing fresh and competitive.

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent hands-on marketing experience (2–4 years).

· Proven experience executing digital marketing activities such as email marketing, social media campaigns, or online advertising.

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

· Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· A self-starter who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

· A passion for marketing, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning.
