This client owns and operates a diverse portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties throughout the D.C. metro area. Known for their strong company culture and entrepreneurial spirit, they’re seeking a polished, motivated Leasing Agent to join their close-knit team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and professional Leasing Agent who thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment. This position involves managing showings, working directly with prospective tenants, and handling the leasing process from start to finish. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing their own schedule while providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings across key D.C. neighborhoods including Foggy Bottom, Georgetown, Capitol Hill, Dupont Circle, and Glover Park
• Manage prospective tenant inquiries from platforms like Rent Café and Zillow
• Post rental listings and coordinate signage for available units
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to signed lease
• Prepare and finalize lease documentation and move-in instructions
• Maintain a flexible, self-driven schedule including weekends
• Build rapport with tenants and maintain strong professional relationships

Qualifications:

• MUST BE BASED IN THE DMV METRO AREA (due to showings in DC)
• 1–2 years of leasing or related experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software (Yardi or Yardi Breeze preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Reliable personal vehicle required for local travel (gas reimbursement provided)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Additional Details:

• Position is fully remote, but local presence in D.C. is required for property showings
• Weekend availability, particularly Saturdays, is expected
