What You’ll Do:As a Full-Desk Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing exceptional healthcare professionals.
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Developing creative recruitment strategies to meet client hiring goals.
Leveraging CRM/ATS tools to stay organized and maximize efficiency.
Ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every client and candidate you work with.
Sales and or phone experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
Positive attitude and and financially motivated
A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
