Responsibilities: • Coach & Develop Agents – Train and mentor life insurance and financial services professionals to help them become top performers. • Enhance Sales Strategies – Provide agents with proven techniques to acquire new clients, close deals, and maximize revenue . • Drive Performance & Growth – Oversee training programs that improve agent success, boost retention, and increase profitability . • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Ensure your team understands risk management, premiums, and financial planning strategies . Qualifications: What You Bring: • Expertise in Life Insurance & Annuities – Strong knowledge of IULs, annuities, and major life insurance products. • Industry Knowledge – Understanding of policies, underwriting, and financial services regulations. • Leadership & Training – Ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams. • Strong Communication – Skilled at motivating, managing, and engaging agents for success.
