**Job Title: Facility Technician** **Job Description** The Facility Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the university facilities. This role includes tasks such as sweeping, taking out trash, and general janitorial duties to ensure a well-maintained environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform facility upkeep and cleaning duties. + Sweep and vacuum university premises. + Take out trash and manage waste disposal. + Conduct regular janitorial tasks and facilities maintenance. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using cleaning equipment like mops and brooms. + Ability to sweep and vacuum efficiently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with janitorial duties and facilities maintenance is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy an excellent benefits package after transitioning to a direct hire position after 4 months. **Work Environment** Work in a university facility, primarily on the 2nd shift from 4pm to 12:30am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aliso Viejo, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
