Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Civil/Site Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic Site/Civil Engineering team. This role provides the opportunity to engage in diverse projects, collaborate across various disciplines, and advance professionally in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
Develop designs for site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and erosion control measures.
Oversee project execution, including zoning approvals and land development permitting.
Perform field inspections and conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses.
Prepare detailed site plans, environmental impact assessments, and comprehensive project reports.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers and analysts.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
Minimum 4 years of experience in site and grading design, zoning, and permitting processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
PE License.
Experience with Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
Technical writing skills.
Field experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
Medical Plans (via Aetna): PPO Plus: Lower deductible ($600 individual / $1,200 family), copays for office visits, and prescription coverage. HDHP with HSA: Higher deductible ($1,900 individual / $3,800 family), but includes a Health Savings Account (HSA) with tax advantages. Dental: Delta Dental Plan. Vision: VSP Vision Plan. Telemedicine: Available through Aetna and MyAdvocate. Mental Health: Inpatient and outpatient services covered. Additional Coverage: Critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, and identity protection insurance 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan: Available immediately upon hire.
