Are you a  personal trainer who loves movement, anatomy, and helping people feel better—but wants  more stability, mentorship, and growth than the typical gym setting?
Optimal Health Chiropractic & Physical Therapy is looking for a  motivated Personal Trainer to join our team as a  Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Aide , working hands-on with chiropractors and physical therapists in a fast-paced, sports-focused clinic.

This role is perfect if you’re:
•    Burnt out on sales quotas
•    Interested in rehab, corrective exercise, or physical therapy
•    Planning to apply to  PT, Chiro, PA, or ATC programs
•    Wanting real clinical experience—not just cleaning equipment

What You’ll Do
•    Assist chiropractors and physical therapists during patient visits
•    Guide patients through  corrective exercises, rehab programs, and mobility work
•    Perform soft-tissue prep, stretching, and movement coaching
•     Set patients up on therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation (e-stim)
•    Monitor patients during treatment and ensure comfort and safety
•    Help with patient flow, room setup, and basic clinical support
•    Learn evidence-based rehab, biomechanics, and injury management

What We’re Looking For
•    Background in  personal training, kinesiology, exercise science, or fitness
•    Strong understanding of movement and body mechanics
•    Confident coaching and cueing ability
•    Professional, reliable, and coachable
•    Interest in rehab, sports medicine, or healthcare
•    CPR/AED preferred (or willing to obtain)
