We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Inland empire area - Ontario / Rancho / Fontana / Rialto / Riverside/ Moreno Valley
Mon - Fri / 8am - 5pm
COMMISION PAY IN ADDITION TO HOURLY RATE !
Duties
- Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in negotiating terms and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns aimed at expanding our customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of technology sales is preferred but not essential.
