We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our client’s finance team located near, Waukegan, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in accounting. You will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in various accounting functions.

Entry-Level Accountant Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities
• Help with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist in the preparation for audits
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes

Entry-Level Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
