Banyan Search is partnering with a growing company in their search for a Data Manager. Our client is seeking a Data Manager to join their leadership team during an exciting period of growth. In this newly created role, you'll partner with our Chief Technology Officer to transform how data is used to drive business decisions across all platforms and operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement our enterprise-wide data management strategy, ensuring data quality and consistency across all business units
• Lead the integration of data systems during acquisitions and growth initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies
• Build and manage data frameworks that support informed decision-making across e-commerce, distribution, and manufacturing
• Develop clear documentation and processes that make data accessible and useful for all team members
• Guide cross-functional teams in leveraging data to improve business performance
• Oversee data quality and governance initiatives that support our growth strategy
  What You Bring:
• 7+ years of experience managing data systems, preferably in e-commerce, distribution, or manufacturing
• Track record of implementing successful data management strategies
• Strong technical foundation in data analytics tools and ERP systems
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and product information management
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar)
