Job Description

Are you a driven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity in real estate? We are seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring and selling homes, analyzing property values, estimating repairs, and closing deals. This is a fully remote position with a competitive base salary plus commission, and no prior real estate experience is required—just a passion for sales and a strong track record of success!

What You'll Do:
Follow up on leads, evaluate properties, and analyze market comparables to determine value.
Negotiate property acquisitions and sales.
Perform thorough due diligence and prepare contracts.
Estimate repair costs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.
Meet with homeowners to present offers and build strong client relationships.
Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth transactions.

About You:
You have 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
You have consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales professionals in previous roles.
You have strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus).
You have experience exceeding quotas through phone sales and relationship building.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
