We're seeking a Design Strategy intern who is passionate about improving the world through design and making technology accessible to more people. You will work with multidisciplinary product teams and leadership to identify opportunities, develop scalable and repeatable product strategy and design frameworks and solutions, and streamline strategic alignment to inform and improve design-decision-making across the Product Design organization. ResponsibilitiesMongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.
