Job Description

Provides yoga classes for guests in the yoga studio.

Duties

• Compliance with all CFI policies and procedures.
• Represents Westgate Resorts in a professional manner at all times.
• Yoga Instructor Certification as required by the Department of Professional Licensing.
• Guides guests through a personal yoga practice.
• Usage techniques will be up to date and skilled according to Serenity Spa standards.
• Give self-treatment directions to clients such as stretching, breathing and hydration, as appropriate.
• Actively promote and provide detailed descriptions of retail products, sales and special promotions.
• Examine client and recommend specific poses and stretches.
• Demonstrate Forbes 5-Star customer service to clients, owners, and visitors.
• Keep yoga studio and equipment clean.
• Assist with spa side jobs in between treatments, before and after shifts (stocking, laundry, cleaning, etc.) as assigned.
• Assist in the training of new spa personnel (if applicable).
• Assist in marketing and special events as necessary.
• Records sessions furnished to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree GED.
• 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Certification.
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
