Job Description

**Hybrid | Boston, MA 4 days in office**

WordPress Developer to support the customization, content management, and enhancement of a new WordPress website. This role will work closely with our marketing and digital teams to customize templates, enhance site functionality, manage content, and ensure seamless integration with key platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can work both independently and collaboratively.

Pay rate: $50-$60/hr W2

• Customize and configure WordPress templates, themes, and page layouts using Elementor and WooCommerce.
• Manage content creation, uploading, formatting, and publishing within WordPress.
• Ensure content is optimized for accessibility, and performance following FIGMA wireframes.
• Work with Bynder, as a digital asset management solution, to manage, tag, and integrate assets into the website.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including plugin conflicts, performance, and user experience gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and IT to support business goals.
• Create documentation of site customizations, workflows, and processes to support knowledge transfer and long-term ownership transition.

• 3+ years of hands-on WordPress development and content management experience.
• Expertise with Elementor and WooCommerce plugins.
• Familiarity with integrating and managing assets via DAM platforms like Bynder.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end adjustments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
