Overview

Join a forward-thinking team as a Wireless Engineer (Entry, Mid, or Senior level) supporting large-scale wireless infrastructure and RTLS initiatives across the U.S. You'll work with enterprise clients, industry-leading tools like Ekahau AI Pro , and Cisco Catalyst platforms to design and optimize cutting-edge wireless networks.

Key Responsibilities (All levels will contribute based on experience)

• Perform hybrid RF surveys (predictive + real-world site surveys)
• Use Ekahau AI Pro and Sidekick I/II for wireless design
• Analyze RF data and deliver clear, actionable reports
• Design & implement solutions using Cisco Catalyst 91xx APs , 98xx WLCs , and associated antennas
• Remote design support and customer-facing consulting
• Contribute to wireless PDI (Plan, Design, Implement) activities

Skills & Technologies

Core Skills:

• RTLS and Hybrid Design Methodology
• Ekahau AI Pro + Sidekick
• Cisco Catalyst Wireless Hardware (91xx/98xx IOS-XE)
• RF Survey & Predictive Design Analysis

Nice to Have:

• Cisco 9800 Series WLC / Meraki
• Python scripting & Excel automation
• Splunk (wireless telemetry analytics)
• Cisco DNAC / Catalyst Center

ENTRY-LEVEL (1 3 Years)

You bring:

• 1 3 years of networking or wireless experience
• Familiarity with RF survey tools (Ekahau ideal)
• Strong desire to learn & willingness to travel
• Basic understanding of Cisco APs/WLCs

MID-LEVEL (3 6 Years)

You bring:

• 3 6 years in enterprise wireless
• Strong Ekahau proficiency
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst wireless
• Comfort working with clients and remote designs
• Bonus: Experience with DNAC or wireless automation

SENIOR-LEVEL (7+ Years)

MUST HAVE RF Surveying, Catalyst, Ekahau, or Sidekick experience

You bring:

• 7+ years in wireless/RTLS deployments
• Mastery of hybrid survey methodology
• Expert use of Ekahau, Cisco 91xx/98xx hardware
• Strong consulting/mentoring background
• Experience automating wireless reports (Python, Excel, Splunk)
