About the Role
As the Wellness Director, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the clinical operations of the community. Your leadership will be key in coordinating care with residents, their families, physicians, and healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless experience and exceptional care. You'll mentor and guide your team while building strong relationships with residents and families, always striving for excellence in healthcare delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day clinical services to meet residents' healthcare needs.
Leading and mentoring licensed nurses and direct care staff.
Ensuring quality care as residents' healthcare needs evolve.
Fostering a compassionate, respectful environment where residents feel valued.

Qualifications & Skills
Nursing education required for state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
A valid driver's license.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with clinical leadership experience preferred.
Strong proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
