About the Role
As the Wellness Director - Nurse, you will oversee and lead the clinical team, ensuring all residents receive personalized care of the highest quality. Your leadership will help to build strong relationships with residents, their families, physicians, and healthcare providers to coordinate care effectively. You will also collaborate with community leadership to enhance resident and family satisfaction and mentor your team to ensure their success.

Qualifications & Skills
Education as required to obtain and maintain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
A valid driver's license.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with prior clinical leadership experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of technology, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

This position also includes an incentive-based compensation plan, which may include bonuses and commissions.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily clinical services to ensure the healthcare needs of residents are met with respect, dignity, and quality care.
Supervise and provide leadership, coaching, and support to licensed nurses and other direct care staff within the community.
Lead a clinical team, which may include additional leadership roles within the community.
Adapt to the complexity of the community's needs, ensuring all state and regulatory requirements are met.
