Job Description:

• Location: 1 Cermak Blvd, St Peters, MO 63376
• Schedule: Sunday: 2AM-10:30AM; Monday-Thursday: 12AM(midnight)-8:30AM 
• Compensation: $65,000 + potential to earn up to 10% company bonus

Domino’s Pizza Supply Chain Center in St. Peters, MO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. 

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee inventory control and lead a team of Warehouse Associates. This role will be integral to upcoming technology and process improvement projects at the facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team and values servant leadership. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Help the Warehouse Manager with the supervision and coordination of all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Effectively and efficiently handle customer service complaints and concerns.
• Train new team member in job duties.
• Fills in for Warehouse team member and performs tasks necessary to meet warehouse goals.
• Coordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food products and support goods in accordance with established company standards and procedures and within budgeted guidelines while controlling cost.
• Ensure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, local, state and federal requirements.
• Help in compiling daily key indicators.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
• Maintain inventory control through effective warehouse methods.
• Create weekly loading schedule for receiving, warehouse and ICL departments.
• Make recommendations to the Manager on operational procedures.
• Help the Warehouse Manager with being audit and 5S ready at all times.
• Performs regular Gemba walks.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, some college with equivalent work experience, 2-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse, manufacturing or production experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must have or be willing to get and maintain forklift certification.
• Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Basic understanding of 5S and Kaizen.
• Must successfully pass a background checks every third year on your anniversary date.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

• Wear and uphold Domino’s uniform standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour.
