Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Position Overview: We’re looking for a Warehouse Shipping Leader with 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing fast-paced shipping and inventory operations. This role oversees end-to-end domestic and international shipments, manages inventory transactions in QuickBooks, and leads a small team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily shipping operations across LTL, FTL, parcel, and international shipments
• Coordinate shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs forms, packing slips)
• Reconcile inventory movements using QuickBooks
• Communicate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Finance
• Manage team performance, training, and accountability
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international logistics requirements
• Proactively identify and resolve shipment issues and bottlenecks
• Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and lead time

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of warehouse shipping and inventory leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks for shipping/inventory workflows
• Experience with international and domestic logistics
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable shipping software and inventory systems (ERP/WMS preferred)
• Forklift or material handling experience a plus
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and initiative to take on expanding growth opportunities, thrives on challenges, and performs well under pressure
