CDL Class A Driver / Landscape & Décor Crew Member Location: Walter Knoll Florist Campus – Arnold, MO (Part of St. Louis)
Join the Team Behind St. Louis’ Favorite Florist Walter Knoll Florist — a long-standing St. Louis tradition in floral, landscaping, and holiday décor — is looking for a reliable, hands-on CDL Class A Driver to join our close-knit Landscape & Décor Crew.
This is a mostly Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM position based out of our Arnold, MO campus, with occasional overtime or weekend work during busy seasons. If you enjoy working outdoors, driving well-maintained equipment, and being part of a team that builds and decorates beautiful environments, we want to meet you!
Safely operate company vehicles, including dock-high straight trucks
Haul and transport a skid steer and trailer to job sites around St. Louis
Work alongside a creative team on landscaping and seasonal décor installations
Help install and maintain plants, trees, and outdoor displays
Deliver, set up, and take down indoor and outdoor holiday décor
Keep equipment, tools, and vehicles clean, organized, and safe
CDL Class A License with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, and work outdoors in all weather
Team-focused attitude and commitment to safety
Landscaping or equipment operation experience is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person
Steady, daytime schedule most of the time (7 AM–4 PM, Arnold-based)
