Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) is one of the state's largest nonprofit human services agencies. We assist Iowa families in need through a variety of programs, from early childhood education to behavioral, mental health services and immigrant community services. Last year, we made over 11,000 home visits to infants, toddlers and preschoolers, empowered more than 600 Iowans living with a disability, and conducted more than 19,000 therapy and behavioral health sessions.
The LSI internship program trains and educates students looking to start a career in the human services field. We will work with your schedule and curriculum requirements to determine the best fit and provide an invaluable hands-on experience. LSI currently offers unpaid internships.
