Your Role:

• Install James Hardie siding with consistency and precision.
• Collaborate with your crew and foreman to complete high-end exterior remodels.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate clearly, take feedback well, and help coach others when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with exterior remodeling, trim carpentry, or siding installation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn James Hardie installation standards (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
