ICBD Holdings is excited to announce an opening for a Test Executive Director, a pivotal leadership position responsible for guiding our organization towards achieving its strategic objectives. Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational leadership, preferably in a nonprofit or similar environment.
• Track record of successful strategic planning and implementation.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• Experience in program evaluation and performance measurement.
