Job Description

1. Represent Microsoft and communicate with most Microsoft Cloud customers;
2. Manage relationships with multiple customers, partners and collaborate with MS people;
3. Use standard processes, implement existing diagnosis methods, solutions/workarounds to effectively deal with issues to help customers achieve MS Cloud products deployment and customer satisfaction;
4. Drive customer usage on Microsoft Cloud products;
5. Document incidents, report customer suggestions and issues to Microsoft.
