Technical Support Engineer (Indian) job at Shanghai Wicresoft China, US

Job Description

Represent Microsoft and communicate with most Microsoft Cloud customers;
Manage relationships with multiple customers, partners and collaborate with MS people;
Use standard processes, implement existing diagnosis methods, solutions/workarounds to effectively deal with issues to help customers achieve MS Cloud products deployment and customer satisfaction;
Drive customer usage on Microsoft Cloud products;
Document incidents, report customer suggestions and issues to Microsoft.
