Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing the global recruitment process from the moment a job requisition is approved until an offer will be extended. This role involves managing the candidate pipeline, utilizing the SparkHire ATS system for tracking and reporting, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring decisions. The specialist will source, screen, and interview candidates while maintaining a seamless and positive experience for all involved. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to meeting recruitment needs across the organization.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities Recruitment Process Management: - Oversee the recruitment process from job requisition approval until offer extension, ensuring all steps are executed promptly and professionally.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring a good experience for candidates throughout the process.
- Stay updated on recruitment industry trends and best practices, incorporating new strategies and tools into the hiring process.
Applicant Tracking System Management (SparkHire): - Own and maintain the SparkHire ATS, ensuring it's used effectively throughout the recruitment process.
- Track candidates through all stages, generate recruitment reports, monitor KPIs, and provide regular updates to hiring managers.
- Offer training and support to hiring managers and interviewers on SparkHire usage.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: - Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media and 3rd party recruiters.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet role requirements.
- Conduct HR interviews to assess final candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: - Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job specifications, role requirements, and recruitment timelines.
- Offer expert advice on candidate selection and hiring best practices.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: - Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and interview-to-offer ratios.
- Use data from SparkHire to identify trends, areas for improvement, and to inform future recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems (SparkHire or similar platforms) to track and manage recruitment activities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple searches at once.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience recruiting for a variety of roles and certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP)
- Experience working globally and with geographically dispersed teams
- Experience working as an HR Generalist or experience working in other HR functions is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Pay or Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000
