Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) assists the Recruiters in scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and onboarding new hires. The TAC is also responsible for managing all position related hiring requirements such as licensure, certifications and background screenings. The TAC will support the hiring process for three to four Recruiters. This position provides backup coverage to the reception area where they must monitor applicant flow and appropriate testing.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Minimum of two years office experience preferred
  • Prior Human Resources experience highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System, Human Resources or Staffing experience a plus
  • Good time management skills with ability to prioritize and reprioritize on a daily basis
  • Ability to manage in a high volume environment
  • Must be initiative driven
  • Superior customer service skills required
