St. Julian Winery, Michigan's oldest and largest winery, is looking for an enthusiastic Wine Consultant to join our Troy Tasting Room . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate team, share your love for wine, and grow with a company that has been crafting exceptional wines for over 100 years!

What You'll Do:

✨ Lead engaging wine tastings , sharing knowledge in a fun and approachable way
Create memorable experiences for guests, helping them discover wines they love
✨ Assist with special wine events and exciting promotions
✨ Keep our tasting room beautifully stocked and displayed
✨ Process sales and build lasting relationships with customers
✨ Work alongside a supportive and passionate team

What We're Looking For:

✅ A people-person who enjoys talking to guests and making them feel welcome
✅ Strong communication & public speaking skills
✅ Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
✅ A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Comfort with basic technology (Point of Sale system, Word, Excel)
✅ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (wine boxes can be heavy!)
Weekend availability required

Experience That's a Plus (But Not Required!):

⭐ Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience
⭐ Previous wine knowledge (we'll train you!)

Position Details:

Location: Troy Tasting Room
Part-Time – Up to 29 hours per week (weekend availability required)
On-Site – No remote work available
