We are seeking a seasoned consultant relations professional to deepen and expand Leap’s influence with the nation’s leading benefits consultants and brokerage firms. As Director of Consultant Relations, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, sales, and market influence—building trusted partnerships with consultants at both the national and regional level.
This is a highly visible role, designed for someone who thrives on shaping the market conversation, guiding senior relationships, and ensuring Leap is positioned as the category leader with the consultants who matter most. You will serve as a bridge between our organization and the consulting community, informing product strategy, enabling growth, and ensuring our story resonates in an increasingly competitive environment.
