Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Business Development Director to lead our efforts in supporting the U.S. Defense Department. This role is critical in identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders within the defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of defense contracting, government procurement processes, and a proven track record in business development and relationship management.
Successful Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Ability to hold a Top-Secret Clearance
10+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on the U.S. defense sector and government contracting.
Proven track record of successfully securing defense contracts and building relationships with government agencies.
Proven track record submitting successful DoD proposals of at least $25M
