We’re hiring a Social Media Community Manager to turn warm leads and social conversations into booked discovery calls. Think of it like a Sales Development Rep — but with a customer-service twist.
This is a sales-focused role. You’ll speak to clinic owners who already know us, like us, and have shown interest in what we offer. Your job is to engage them, qualify them, and get them on the phone with our team.

Post simple story content to spark conversation and increase lead flow (no design skills needed)
Have 1–2 years of sales, SDR, or customer success experience
Are a strong communicator with natural warmth and confidence
Love talking to people and know how to guide a call without being pushy
Understand the difference between engagement and conversion
Are organized and comfortable with CRMs, booking links, and trackers
Have experience with social platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and community tools (like Skool)
Are motivated by goals and enjoy being held to performance targets
Book 15–20 qualified appointments per month
Influence 8+ program sales per month by building strong pre-call trust
Maintain a 75%+ show rate on calls you book
Respond to all new social interactions within 24 hours
Post 3–6 story prompts weekly to increase conversation volume
Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 depending on experience
Monthly bonus based on call bookings and conversion influence
Growth path to senior sales, account management, or content strategy roles
