Job Description

**About the Role**

Achieve is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Paid & Organic Media Manager to own our digital acquisition and brand growth across paid, social, and content channels. This role combines performance marketing expertise with content and social strategy to fuel enrollment growth, boost engagement, and strengthen brand presence.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll manage paid media campaigns, oversee content strategy and social calendars, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive measurable impact across the full funnel from awareness to conversion.

**Why You'll love this role**

This position offers the opportunity to shape a unified growth strategy that blends creativity with performance. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, innovate, and directly influence how Achieve reaches and inspires its audiences. If you thrive where art meets analytics and want to make a measurable impact on a fast-growing, mission-driven organization, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms to drive high-quality leads and audience engagement.
* Oversee paid and organic strategies that complement each other, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable growth across both acquisition and retention efforts.
* Manage monthly budgets and continuously monitor key metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rate, and engagement performance.
* Develop and maintain a dynamic content and social calendar that aligns with brand campaigns, launches, and audience insights.
* Partner with design and video teams to create high-performing assets that inspire action, increase engagement, and increase conversions.
* Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and new audience opportunities to inform strategy and creative direction.
* Test and refine ad creatives, audience segments, and content formats through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.
* Repurpose long-form content such as blogs, webinars, and student stories into impactful social, short-form video, and remarketing assets.
* Evaluate and manage third-party lead vendors, ensuring compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and internal privacy standards while maintaining data accuracy and lead quality.
* Report regularly on performance across paid and organic channels, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and engagement.
* Foster community interaction and user-generated content initiatives that strengthen brand authenticity and trust.

**Desired Skills and Responsibilities**

* 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or content/social strategy.
* Demonstrated success managing $50K+ monthly advertising budgets and achieving growth goals.
* Deep understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Bing) and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio).
* Strong writing, storytelling, and content planning skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
* Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns that connect creative content with measurable outcomes.
* Analytical mindset and comfort using data to inform decisions, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
* Proficiency with social media and content management tools such as Sprout Social, Later, or Notion.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, webhook/API integrations, and lead delivery systems a plus.
* Bonus: Experience with SEO, influencer partnerships, or community/UGC programs.
