Key Responsibilities

• The position is responsible for providing helpful customer service as well as diagnosing and repairing equipment with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Be proficient in Stihl repairs
• Sales of Stihl Equipment, Lawn mowers, and Snow Blowers
• Perform blade sharpening
• Answer Shop Calls
• Must be able to read and interpret documents: speak effectively in front of customers
• Should be able to calculate figures and amounts and apply basic concepts of Math
• Must have the ability to use a cash register and computer to look up parts
• Bending, lifting, kneeling, are routine
• Handle and move equipment in and out of the shop and storage area
• Ensure each customer receives an amazing experience throughout the whole Sales experience and process
• Other assignments assigned by store management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in small engine repair is necessary.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position with 8-10 hour shifts.
• Occasional Weekends
