Job Posting: 1st Shift Shipping & Receiving Associate - Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Syracuse, NY. This role involves ensuring the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments while performing packing duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.

• Accurately process outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.

• Pack and prepare products for shipping in accordance with company standards.

• Maintain inventory records and assist with stock organization.

• Operate shipping and receiving equipment safely and effectively.

• Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping software.

• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic.
