About Us:

We are a dynamic and innovative reputation management firm trusted by high-profile individuals, professionals, executives, celebrities, and organizations of all sizes, including Fortune 1000 companies and government entities. Our dedicated team is made up of experienced communicators, creative professionals, marketers, and former journalists who work collaboratively to deliver outstanding results.

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Reputation Management Team Leader & Lead Strategist to join our team. In this role, you'll create impactful strategies, foster strong client relationships, and lead successful reputation management campaigns across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate is an expert problem-solver, ahead of trends, and consistently meets or exceeds deadlines. You'll be responsible for guiding and mentoring a small team of analysts while ensuring top-tier client service and exceptional campaign execution.

To thrive in this role, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a project manager or account executive, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—along with creativity, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail, are essential. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in reputation management, social media, SEO, and digital marketing to implement innovative strategies that meet and exceed client goals.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Develop and present insightful monthly reports that highlight the value and success of our campaigns.
Strategize and implement effective campaigns that align with client needs and objectives.
Maintain confident, clear, and transparent communication with clients, building trust and rapport.
Identify and contribute to new business opportunities and growth initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and Google ranking factors; experience with organic optimization campaigns is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and take initiative after receiving direction.
Experience in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
Ability to understand and represent client brands through high-quality content that meets brand standards.
Experience setting clear client expectations and delivering on them.
Proven experience managing a small team and working with vendors.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Basic understanding of Public Relations principles.
Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities.

The Perks:

Competitive salary, up to $80,000 depending on experience.
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and major holidays.
401(k) retirement plan.
Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 80,000.00 Per Year
