Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team in a hybrid role based in Los Angeles. If you have a strong background in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

### What You'll Do:
- Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accurate general ledger posting.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes to support timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records, assisting with audits as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support financial analysis.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes for greater efficiency.
- Support various ad-hoc projects and accounting tasks as assigned.

### What We're Looking For:
- 4-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior accounting role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of general ledger processes, journal entries, and month-end close procedures.
- Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

### Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, QuickBooks).
- Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.
