Senior SEO Analyst
Remote | Full-Time | Up to $75,000 DOE + Benefits

About the Role

Are you passionate about SEO and ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a Senior SEO Analyst to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results for a diverse range of clients. You'll work with cross-functional teams—including Sales, PPC, Social Media, and PR—to create innovative campaigns that increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.

This is a full-time remote position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
Monitor and refine best practices to align with evolving search engine algorithms and company objectives.
Manage SEO campaigns across multiple industries, balancing strategy and execution.
Work closely with Sales, PPC, Social Media, and PR teams to create cohesive digital marketing initiatives.
Oversee content marketing efforts and project management tasks.
Analyze performance metrics, apply critical thinking, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative SEO solutions to the table.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance improvement.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a digital agency.
Creative problem solver with a passion for staying ahead of SEO trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
