We are recruiting for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - SAP FICO/R2R to join our team in a long term contract , onsite in Miramar, FL . This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and excellence as a Senior QA Analyst with expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Datasphere to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our enterprise data and analytics solutions. The Quality Assurance Analyst job is responsible for the overall quality of systems and technology that are released into ETP's production environment. The scope of this role includes the comprehensive aspects of quality including testing documentation, planning and execution of testing, testing validation, and obtaining approval using both manual processes and automated tools that are available in the company environment. In their role, Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the product meets business requirements and overall business objectives by tracking and reporting quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status, as well as documenting problems and communicating the issue to development staff to assist in their resolution
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of working experience in QA roles with a focus on data platforms and cloud technologies
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and Datasphere
Proficient in testing tools and frameworks (eg. Tosca, Selenium, Postman)
Experience with SQL in data validation
Understanding of data integration concepts (ETL processes)
Experience with SAP analytics or other SAP ecosystem tools
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Attention to detail with a focus on data integrity
SAP Programming Knowledge (ABAP, EDI, Output / Printing, debugging) is preferred.
Able to understand business requirements, custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow (RICEFW) objects
Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for solutions built on SAP BTP and Datasphere
Validate data transformations, integrations, and reporting workflows for accuracy and performance
Conduct functional, integration, system, and regression testing
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data within Datasphere
Test data pipelines and APIs for proper functionality and alignment with business requirements
Develop and maintain automation test scripts for data workflows and application functionality
Utilize tools compatibility with SAP BTP and Datasphere for automation
Work with developers, data team to understand requirements and resolve issues
Provide detailed reports on defects, test progress and overall quality metrics
Maintain clear and comprehensive QA documentation, including test cases, results, and defects logs
Coordinate and schedule testing programs with project and program teams
Reporting testing outcomes to project stakeholders
Coordinating the work of 3rd party Quality Assurance teams
Perform quality and testing audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality and testing standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed properly and consistently
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities for company quality assurance programs
Review 3rd party testing programs to ensure quality and compliance standards with company practices
Understand various programming languages (ABAP, Java, C#, Perl, Python, etc.) and deployment tools such as Turnover, QGM/Solution Manager, as well as devOps and CI/CD practices
Identify test data requirements and work with other teams as needed to create and maintain test data
Execute tests, both manual and automated, including documentation of test results and defects, and assist in defect troubleshooting and resolution
Experience with S/4 Hana is highly desirable.
