Senior Production Scheduler – Direct Hire

Location: Joplin, MO
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000/year
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Senior Production Scheduler to join a leading manufacturing company in Joplin, Missouri. This is a direct hire opportunity for a proven scheduling professional with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and a solid background in capital project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of production control including planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple departments.

• Create and manage manufacturing orders for assigned projects.

• Maintain and update production schedules and shop capacity reports.

• Lead weekly schedule review meetings with key stakeholders and departments.

• Support Sales with proposal schedules and long-term capacity planning.

• Proactively communicate project status and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in scheduling capital projects.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project .

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems .

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.

• PMP certification and familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Primavera P6

• Microsoft Project
