Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Influencer Marketing Strategist to join their team. This is a part-time, freelance role that can be fully remote, running from late January through early July. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of influencer partnerships, social media, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the influencer strategy and execution for family/entertainment influencers, primarily in the Chicago market
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Identify key influencers and micro-influencers relevant to target audiences
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from ideation to execution and measurement
- Negotiate partnerships with influencers and manage budgets
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies as needed
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and maintain a robust influencer network
- Understand influencer marketing platforms and tools
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement


Qualifications:
- Experience with influencer management tools/platforms (Tagger, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for digital culture and emerging trends
