**The Opportunity**
Lingo by Abbott is a connected-health platform that transforms continuous biosensor data into real-time, personalized insights.
We're seeking a Senior **Delivery & Release Manager** to coordinate global engineering releases and ensure reliable, compliant, and well-governed delivery cycles across our mobile, backend, and cloud systems.
This role bridges engineering, QA, product, and compliance functions, helping synchronize release planning between our US enablement team and our EU engineering hub. You'll drive release readiness, track quality gates, and improve the rhythm and reliability of every deployment that reaches our users.
**What You'll Work On**
+ Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end release activities across mobile, backend, and cloud services.
+ Establish and maintain release calendars, cut-off dates, and readiness checkpoints.
+ Partner with engineering and QA teams to define quality gates, rollback plans, and operational acceptance criteria.
+ Ensure each release meets regulatory, security, and performance standards.
+ Monitor post-release performance and coordinate issue triage and communication.
+ Collaborate with Product and Program Management to align release cadence with roadmap milestones.
+ Continuously improve release processes, automation, and cross-team transparency.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 8 + years of experience in software delivery, DevOps, or release management within complex cloud or mobile environments.
+ Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and deployment validation practices.
+ Proven ability to manage releases across multiple teams and time zones.
+ Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience in regulated or high-reliability environments (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO preferred).
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Delivery Manager supporting global teams.
+ Familiarity with Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Azure DevOps, or similar release-management tools.
+ Background in health-tech, IoT, or other compliance-driven domains.
+ Demonstrated success improving delivery velocity and release predictability.

The base pay for this position is $112,000.00 - $224,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
