Overview
Katalon is looking for a Sr. Demand Generation Campaign Specialist to spearhead our automation-driven and content-centric demand generation strategies. This role is pivotal in scaling our new business acquisition efforts by optimizing marketing automation, crafting engaging content, and driving enterprise pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise within software testing, DevOps, and automation, and will leverage creative strategies to maximize engagement and revenue impact.
Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Optimization: Own and optimize marketing automation tools and other marketing & sales platforms to enhance segmentation, targeting and acquiring net new businesses
Content-Driven Demand Generation: Develop and execute compelling, innovative and multi-format content strategies tailored to industry-specific personas and enterprise accounts.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage demand generation campaigns that support both Enterprise Sales-led motions and Product/Self-Serve-led growth strategies.
Email Marketing Performance: Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, improve engagement, and drive conversions.
Webinar & Event Marketing: Own the execution of demand-generation webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences to accelerate pipeline growth.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Oversee integrated campaigns that leverage paid media, email marketing, and intent data to drive engagement.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Analyze lead performance, email campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and funnel conversion rates to continuously refine strategies.
Performance Indicators & Success Metrics: Define and track KPIs such as pipeline conversion rate, omni-channel engagement & influence to sales cycle, pipeline influence, campaign ROI, and contribution to revenue.
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on automation, content marketing, and demand generation.
Deep knowledge of DevOps ecosystems, Software testing, and automation tools.
Expertise in HubSpot, PathFactory, ZoomInfo, and 3rd-party intent tools (e.g., Bombora, 6sense, Demandbase)
Proven experience in executing enterprise demand generation campaigns and driving high-value opportunities.
Proven experience in executing self serve-led campaigns and driving high volume annual transactions.
Strong copywriting and content marketing skills to craft compelling, industry-relevant materials.
Ability to work cross-functionally and align marketing efforts with sales and customer success teams.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and funnel optimization
